Take a look at some of the responsibilities of the Development Team:
Tracking and increasing productivity.
Resolving internal conflicts.
Preparing and executing the plan to meet the Sprint Goal.
Tracking work and optimizing it to meet the Sprint Goal, at a minimum, on a daily basis.
A development team is a cross-functional team of people who are assigned to do all the work which are necessary to produce working and validate assets. There are various other functions of a development team other than the above-mentioned responsibilities.
There are different things that the development team has to pay do. These are some of the things that they are expected to accomplish: They are supposed to track the productivity of the rest of their employees and they can do things in order to increase the productivity further.
They are also in charge of resolving conflicts that may suddenly occur. There may be different goals that they have to work on and they would do their best in order to prepare the plan that will be followed to reach the goal that they have set. The development team has to check out what happens every single day to see if they are actively progressing.
