Poorly written question.

Early adaptation by definition means a positive change or better suited in biology.

Seeing this question is being presented in field of nursing, as a nurse- we might question a pattern of frequent UTI's as an issue for MD evaluation.

Intermittent hematuria

Intermittent pain is the classic sign of renal carcinoma. It is primarily due to capillary erosion by the cancerous growth.
