The correct answer to this question is White. Snow comes down during the winter time. Temperatures need to be extremely cold for us to see it. Sometimes, it comes down, but it isn't cold enough so it melts as it is falling. When it melts, it doesn't stick to the ground or allow us to see it.
When the snow does come down and accumulate, it is a beautiful sight to see. Most prefer it to snow duirng Christmas time to go along with the winter theme. On the East Coast, northern states like New York and New Jersey, see alot more snow then the southern states.
