KPIs are your targets, and these targets are pre-determined
KPIs are not targets. Targets are numerical values you have pre-determined as indicators success or failure. Targets act as benchmarks to which your KPIs are measure against.
For example, your KPI is to lower your bounce rate on your CF4Dev campaign , your target would be to reach 40 percent bounce rate by the end of month.
