People marry for different reasons. Some people marry because they love someone. However, some people will fall out of love with their partner. Then they may get a divorce. Other people marry because they are lonely. They feel that companionship is needed so that they can have someone to talk to after work. Many teenagers get married because they want to prove to their parents and friends that they are an adult and are mature enough. If a girl gets pregnant, she may get married for the sake of the baby.
Occasionally, people will get married so that they can live on their own away from their parents. Some people will marry someone who is rich so they want stability or money in their lives.
