Dogs will eat almost anything. They seem to love food. However, dogs are not aware of what they should and should not eat. That is up to the responsibility of the owner to make sure that the dogs are not eating something that might make them sick. Bananas are good for humans. They have potassium and different vitamins in them. For dogs, it is the same. Dogs need these vitamins as well.
So, bananas are healthy for dogs. However, the bananas should be eaten in moderation. They should not be fed to dogs every day or at every meal. Also, the dog should not eat the banana peel. If dogs eat too many bananas, it would be harmful to them. They would suffer from constipation.
