Atilla the Hun was a conqueror who was known with being vicious. He ruled the group called the Huns. Hence, this is where he got his name. This took place in 434 AD. He died in 453 AD. Like many empires, they were always trying to acquire more land. In order to do that, they had to attack the other countries.

Atilla the Hun was born in 406 AD and died when he was in his mid-forties. His father was Mundzuk. He attacked places in Italy like Rome. He was from Europe. Even though his name Atilla the Hun is very famous and well known, he also had a nickname. He was known as the Scourge of God. A scourge is a whipping.
