Brad Pitt played the role of JD in Thelma and Louise as a sugar-coated yet duplicitous cowboy, strong hustler and hitchhiker. In the movie, as an Oklahoma native, it had been a natural fit for his Plot, who seemed to be having a whale of a time performing JD’s exaggerated southern charm.
He was not the only one who made us enjoy in the movie. Callie Khouri’s screenplay had also a lot of fun with objectifying JD and was effectively pushing him into the role women usually occupy in more traditional male-led road movies.
