Making a ham and cheese sandwich isn’t really all that hard. There are plenty of recipes out there that will make it sound as though it’s hard and that you shouldn’t try to do it without some kind of extra help. Really, you just need mayo, mustard, ham, cheese, and two slices of bread. You spread mayo on one slice of bread, and mustard on the other. Then you put the ham on top of the mayo.
Put the cheese on top of that, and flip the other slice of bread over so that the mustard is facing the cheese. Voila! You can also grill it, if you like a crunchy sandwich rather than a limp sandwich with a lot of soggy bread.
