If you are experiencing facial bloating then you can try a yoga facial excercise. The exercise is known as the "smiling fish face". Doing this can help tone and firm the cheeks and lips. In order to perform this exercise, suck your cheeks inward so that the dimpled area of your cheeks is pressed against your back teeth. Try pursing your lips and attempting to smile widely at the same time while your cheeks are sucked in.
Repeat this exercise about 5 times in one session. In addition to this exercise, you might want to try to explore the reason why you are experiencing facial bloating. It could be too much sodium intake, which casues your face to retain water and bloat, or too much fat.
