Answering this question depends on each other’s perspective in life. We are all human beings who think differently more often than not, but if we are going to follow what the Bible is teaching, then here are the things that should be our priorities in our family life: In Matthew 22:37-40, it teaches as that we “shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”
In Ephesians 5:33, it teaches husbands to love their wives and for wives to respect their husbands. In Geneses 2:21-24, it teaches us the sanctity of marriage because when you marry someone, you become “one flesh.” Deuteronomy 6:7 teaches us that we should instill in our children’s minds how to be diligent and to follow God. And in John 17: 22, it teaches us to live in unity with other people.
