First, for those who don’t know what rooting a phone is, this is the equivalent of asking to jailbreak an Apple phone. Both of these methods give the user access to the codes and systems that, under normal circumstances, only the company should have access to. It’s not something you should really be doing, since it can void your warranty (which means the company doesn’t have to help you if you damage the phone when you try to root it), but it can also be incredibly dangerous.
If you are serious about rooting your android device, there are ways to do it. I’m not going to go into them here, because I’d like to let you know a couple of the risks of doing this. One such reason is that most root-friendly patches in the operating systems will be patched pretty easily and quickly after they’re found.
