Converting a Word file into a PDF is pretty easy in the new version of Word. Word 2016 has a lot of different options as to how you can save a file, so finding the PDF option is not that hard. You go to the “save as” menu in word, and it’ll pop up with a list of folders and places to store your file. Pick the place you’re storing your file.
Then, you’ll get the pop up folder that lets you name it and everything. Under the bar where you can name your file, there will be a drop down menu that has options such as “Word Document *.docx” and other things. PDF will be one of these options. You simply pick PDF and presto, you’re done!
