The art of applying eyeshadow is one that you can learn by looking up online tutorials and getting help from someone at a makeup counter, or from a parent. However, you must be wary that this skill will only come with time. If you’re not serious about learning how to apply your eyeshadow, don’t try to learn with expensive palettes and things of that nature. In fact, it is suggested you start with some cheap colors so that if you learn you’re not all that interested after all, you haven’t wasted a ton of money on something you hardly use.
A small palette from the Dollar Store should be good enough to start with, especially if you find a palette with more than a few dark colors.
