Brussel sprouts are vegetables that many children frown upon. However, there are ways to cook Brussel sprouts so that they are tastier than other methods of cooking them. The best way is to wash the Brussel sprouts and lay them in a long pan. Then sprinkle salt and pepper on them. Next sprinkle olive oil over the top of the Brussel sprouts. Make sure there is enough oil covering the Brussel sprouts. Other seasonings may be added to the Brussel sprouts before you cook them.
Then place the pan in a hot oven. It may be as hot as 450 degrees. After about 20 minutes, the Brussel sprouts may appear to be slightly charred on the edges which is fine. Test the Brussel sprouts by eating one to make sure it is cooked enough.
