Will Smith turned 49 last September. Born Willard Carroll Smith Jr. on September 15, 1968 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he began his career in 1985 as the master of ceremonies (MC) of the duo DJ Jazzy & The Fresh Prince. It was in 1990 when he ventured into acting through the television show ABC Afterschool Special in 1990.
He then went on to appear on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air from 1990 to 1996, Rockin’ Through the Decades in 1990, and Blossom in 1992, to name a few. In 1992, he starred on his first film entitled Where the Day Takes You where he played as Manny. He starred in other films such as Six Degrees of Separation in 1993, Bad Boys in 1995, Men in Black in 1997, Men in Black II in 2002, I, Robot in 2004, and The Pursuit of Happyness in 2006.
