Amazon Prime offers a 30-day trial period to those who wish to try out the added benefits of owning an Amazon Prime. If you wish to cancel your Amazon Prime subscription during the free trial, you need to follow these steps: Step 1 – Log in on your account and then click “Manage Prime Membership.” Step 2 – Click “Do not continue”.
However, if you are already paying for an Amazon Prime, you would need to follow step 1 and then just click “End membership.” For free trial, you have to cancel your membership before the free trial ends, but if you are a paying member, you will only be entitled for a full refund if and only if you or any of your household members do not use or did not place any Amazon prime eligible order.
