Saree is just the same as sari and it is a garment which is traditionally worn by women in India. It is a piece of cloth made of silk or cotton that is between 5 to 8 meters in length, and which is wrapped around the body and worn with two more garments – the petticoat and the blouse.
A sari has different colors and can be decorated with gold, silver, etc. If you wish to wear a sari, all you need to do is to tuck its upper end into the petticoat, carefully making sure that the tip of the sari touches the floor. Wrap the sari around yourself once starting from the left up to your right side. Make pleats that are about 5 inches long and gather it together. Once done, tuck the pleats into the petticoat at the waist and then drape the remaining parts around your body once, again from left to right. Once done, fasten the end of the sari on your back.
