To make chocolate, you would need the following ingredients: 2 cups of cocoa powder, ¾ cup of unsalted butter and softened at room temperature, ½ cup of sugar, 2/3 cup of warm milk, ¼ cup of powdered sugar, and 1 cup of water. What you need to do first is to bring a pot of water just below the boiling point. While waiting, cream the cocoa powder and butter and once done, add it to the pot.
Then you would need to fist the powdered sugar into the mixture. Once done, you can now add the milk. Constantly stir the mixture until it becomes smooth. And there you have it, your chocolate! If you want to harden it, once you are done stirring, pour the melted chocolate into a mold and let it harden before you pop it out.
