Stephen King played Teddy Weizak in two episodes of the four episode miniseries “The Stand”. Weizak is a minor character in the story, and acts more like a taxi driver. There’s not much someone who hasn’t seen the miniseries or the book can say. He interacts only with Nadine Cross, one of the main characters in the book.
The book itself has had a couple of endings and revisions. The original one came out in 1978, and a revised one came out in 1990. The first one is set in the 1980s, and the second in the 1990s. The second version of “The Stand” also has a new ending, but all the same characters as the original one released in 1978.
