First, let’s be respectful to those practicing Islam: it’s spelled “Jumma’ah”, and this is the congregation needed to perform the Jumu’ah, or the Friday Prayer. There is no hard, set rule for how many people need to be in the Jumma’ah for a Friday prayer.
The most common answer is actually that it depends on the village where the prayer is taking place. So, under these conditions, a congregation of two could be perfectly okay in one village with a lot of people out for the day, while in another village, the villagers stay in until after prayer and everyone needs to attend unless dire circumstances prevent them from coming.
Whatever the count where you are, respect it. Those practicing Islam do not get enough respect these days because of a few bad apples.
