For this, you would need the following ingredients: ½ pound of peeled and deveined raw shrimp, 3 cloves of minced garlic, one cup of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
First, heat the oil and garlic in a pan over high heat until the garlic becomes lightly golden. Add the shrimp, season it with pepper and salt, and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium heat and add the butter, lemon juice and parsley. Stir, mix and then remove from heat before serving.
