There are certain foods in all ethnic foods that can cause constipation. Some of these foods include milk, red meat, caffeine, fried foods, gluten, sugar and chocolate. These are just a few of the foods that cause constipation.
However, these foods may cause some people to be constipated, but not others. It just depends on the person. So, these foods and ingredients can be found in Mexican foods.
However, they can be found in other ethnic foods as well. It just depends upon how much of these are put in Mexican foods. If you get constipated easily, then I would stay away from mole sauce because it has chocolate in it. I would also stay away from beef and stick to chicken enchiladas.
