There are hundreds of herbs in the world. Several of them smell like lemons. Most of them have a lemon name because of their strong smell of lemons. The lemon verbena probably smells the strongest of lemon. This plant also grows flowers. This herb is used in pudding and cream to make it with a lemony flavor. Lemongrass is another herb. This herb can be found in Asian cuisine frequently. It gives off a lemony scent as well.

This plant needs a lot of sun to grow, but it can be grown in a garden. Lemon thyme, lemon balm, and lemon basil are all variations of these common herbs, but these have a lemon scent instead of their common smell.
