Gardeners or anybody can plant herbs indoors. Herbs are hearty plants that need sunlight and water like outdoor plants do. It is recommended that you plant the herb seeds in a pot that is big enough when the herb blooms. You would not want to plant the herbs in a tiny pot and then the plant gets so big that the little pot can’t hold it. You would then need to transplant the herb plant into another pot which may cause it to die. Then use potting soil.
Put the seeds into the dirt and cover with the remaining dirt. Pack it down and water it frequently. It probably needs watering every day. The pot needs to be placed in a window in the southwest direction of the house so that it gets plenty of sun.
