Nowadays, there is no exact list of fruits which are used in sangria. This is because of the fact that sangria recipe is now being modernized by different people from different places. However, if we are going to follow the traditional sangria which is an alcoholic beverage originating from Portugal and Spain, then we can say that the fruits which go in sangria are as follows:

Sangria contains chopped fruits which can include apple, berries, grape, kiwifruit, lemon, lime, mango, melon, orange, peach and pineapple. Some people make sangria with just apple, lemon, lime and orange. Some also use fruits such as berries, cherries and peaches. Using the given information, fruits that go in sangria will depend on how you would like your sangria to taste, but it should be noted that they should still use one of the abovementioned fruits for a traditional sangria.
