The acidity of foods that you are putting into your body can matter a great deal to the health and well-being of your body on a whole. Its important to keep a healthy PH balance and this means eating the right combination of acidic, alkaline, and neutral foods.
Some foods that you should probably either try to avoid or limit in your diet due to their acidity are meat, diary, legumes, eggs, grains, nuts, vegetable oils, coffee, and refined sugar. It is not to say that you can’t enjoy many of these things but you should be aware of how much of them you’re consuming and what other foods you’re eating to balance out the acidic foods.
