Some foods are more likely to make you poop than others. Sometimes this is a good thing if you are constipated and in need of having a bowel movement and sometimes it’s not such a good thing if you begin to poop too many times in a short period of time. Some foods that make you poop include water, coffee, milk, chia seeds, kiwis, oranges, and whole grain cereal.
You may also find that beans, brown rice, prunes and yogurt will make you have bowel movements as well. Often you’ll find that fresh fruits in general are good for making your bowels move. If you need to have a bowel movement look to some of these foods for help but if you had enough already you may want to steer clear.
