The 2017 Huddersfield food and drink festival was from August 3rd to August 6th. The festival, for those who don’t know what it is, is basically a county fair, but it’s all food and drink stalls. A lot of various foods are available for purchase at this festival. Highlights have included artisan Indian food, Mexican quesadillas, and Spanish churros. Notable drinks have been as far ranging as artisan beers to local wines. Some of the stalls do sell vegetarian foods, so vegetarians need not skimp on the food here. Speciality foods and drinks are also available while the festival goes, and many stalls do offer take-away options.
The date changes year from year, and the 2018 festival dates have not yet been announced. However, it is safe to say that the festival will be held around the same time as last year.
