Will Smith's favorite food is a Philadelphia cheesesteak. It is a sandwich made from thinly sliced pieces of beefsteak and melted cheese on a long hoagie roll. At medium temperature, the steak slices are quickly browned and then chopped into smaller pieces with a flat spatula.
