There are several diets I have tried and these are as follows: 1) Juice cleans which means that I only drink juice and do not consume solid foods, 2) The Eight-Hour Diet which means that I only eat between 9 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon or between 11 in the morning and 7 in the evening, and 3) The Fist Diet which means that I can only fill my plate with the equivalent fistful portion of protein, carbs and vegetables.
Although there are advantages and disadvantages from these three diets I have tried so far, I actually saw improvement after just a few months. I’m not a professional when it comes to the type of diet, but if you are willing to give it a try, just do so at your own risk.
