North Korea has a few bombs, but the exact number of these bombs remain to be hidden from the public. Tension has been rising between North Korea and the United States, especially when the former threatened to attack the latter last August.
North Korea is currently building more bombs as of this writing, but the bombs which are operational or has been successfully tested are as follows: 1) KN-2 Tochka which is a short range mobile missile and a modified copy of the OTR-21, 2) Hwasong-5 which is a mobile missile which has an estimated range of about 330 kilometers, 3) Hwasong-6 which is just the same as Hwasong-5, but with an increased range between 550 to 700 kilometers, 4) Hwasong-7 which can range between 1,300 and 1,600 kilometers, 5) Hwasong-10 which has a range between 2,500 to 4,000 kilometers, 6) Pukguksong-1 or KN-11 which is a solid fuel missile, 7) Pukguksong-2 or KN-15 which is a long range missile, 8) Hwasong-12 which has a range of approximately 5,000 to 6,000 kilometers, and 9) Hwasong-14 which is a long range missile which can range between 6,700 to 10,000 kilometers.
