DREAMers is a term that refers to people who are protected by DACA. Under DACA immigrants who have come to the United States as children have certain protected rights to stay in the United States under this pretense. DREAMers are not an certain age. The qualification says that you must have come into the United States as a child.
This means that a DREAMer that is 30 years old could have come into the United States 20 years ago as a 10 year old and they would be protected under the current law. Donald Trump has recently been trying to revoke DACA which would disrupt and potentially displace 800,000 people.
