Internet browsing can be defined as the use of a web browser to find information about certain things online without specifically looking at it. It helps the individual to be open to a new world of ideas; you wouldn't agree less that the internet Is a very big place.

However, as interesting and advantageous as its usage could be, it has consequences which include;

a. Exposure to a lot of wrong information, there are posts by different people on the internet, and much of it can be garbage.
b. Exposure to the harmful situation, we have scavengers online waiting to put unsuspecting individuals in dangerous positions.
c. Exposure to viruses, hackers, can design viruses that can affect and destroy essential data on your personal computer.
d. Addiction to the internet, certain individuals get addicted, thereby causing issues with their interaction with friends, family and cherished ones.

The answer is all of the above. Spyware includes cookies and trojans. When spyware is used for malicious purposes, it’s presence is typically hidden from the user and can be difficult to detect. Spyware installs itself on a computer by deceiving the user or by exploiting software vulnerabilities.

A computer virus is a type of malicious software that, when executed, replicates itself by modifying other computer programs and inserting its code. A security hacker is someone who looks to breach defenses and exploits weaknesses in a computer system or network.
