The posterior labial/scrotal artery supplies exactly what you would guess-the posterior labia or scrotum. It is a branch of the perineal artery. Finally, the superficial external pudendal artery supplies the skin and superficial fascia of the upper medial thigh, as well as the skin of the pubic region.
