In the Administration editor, choose the Diagnosis Files tab. Note If there is no connection to the database, the Administration editor opens in diagnosis mode, and you will be prompted to enter the credentials of the admin user.

I do agree with kba339. the fullSystemInofDump.py is what is supposed to be used. It can also be used when you don't have SQL access to HANA or the database is down.
