Perceptual means that the person can interpret what is happening based on the clues that are available around the person. This may affect how a person would react, but it is not typically something that will immediately change the attitude of the person.
Other factors may affect a person’s perspective. For example, a smart person or someone who has learned how to act during formal events will feel more at ease whenever there are special occasions because they will know what things they should do. There are also some who will behave depending on how they are taught. People’s perception may have an effect, but it will not make a significant impact on a person’s behavior.
