True-many runners complain about their partner / family support for running. now we are not saying everyone should run or run together but there are a few things runners can do to encourage partner and family support.
partner and family walks are a great way to start. running at the pace of your partner is another way to help get them started. why not do your easy run with your partner and help them discover the joy of running? before long your partner or family member will be entering a 5km while you run your 10k, half, marathon or other event.
you never know, you may one day complete a marathon together.
