When you ingest sugar, you become slower because sugar makes the body tired.
The more chocolate you put into your milk, the worse the nutrition becomes. In regard to the number of carbs, one small cup of chocolate milk contains enough carbs to be over half of what your body needs that day. One cup does not equal to one glass of chocolate milk. Depending on the size the glass, it probably contains at least two cups.
