Chocolate milk is probably just as good to consume after a workout as a sports drink if you are measuring your endurance. People will usually drink a sports drink after working out for several minutes. If they went back to their workout, they would want to continue at a certain pace. Both chocolate milk and a sports drink do the same thing in regard to a person’s endurance during a workout.
There is no difference. Chocolate milk has protein and carbs in it. Even though people think that carbs are bad for you, they would be considered to be good for you when you need to replace them. So, drinking chocolate milk after a workout may help with endurance and it will replenish the body’s carbs and proteins that it lost during the workout.
