With the self assigning assistant permission: 1. travel home or my concur page > you are administrating travel for > click search > type the users name > select the user > click ok. 2. go to your profile > other settings > im assisting > in the find a user box, type the users name > select the user > check the can book travel box > click add/update. b. without the self assigning assistant permission: 3. the user goes to their profile > assistants and travel arrangers > click add an assistant > in the assistant box, type the assistants name > select the assistant > check the can book travel for me box > click save. 4. admin > company admin > user admin > search for the user > click on the pencil and paper icon on the right side under the profile column > assistants and travel arrangers > click add an assistant > in the assistant box, type the assistants name > select the assistant > check the can book travel for me box > click save.
