With the self assigning assistant permission:
i. the admin goes to the travel home, or my concur page, you are administrating travel for > click search, type the persons name, select the person > click ok
ii. the admin goes to their profile > im assisting > type the persons name in the find a user box > select the person > click the can book travel box > click add/update
2. without the self assigning assistant permission:
i. the user in their profile > go to the assistants and travel arrangers section; click on the add an assistant link. in the search criteria box, enter the admins name, and click search. select the assistant from the assistant drop down, check the can book travel for me check box, and hit save.
ii. a user admin go to user admin > add the users information to the search text box, and click search. click on the pen and paper icon in the profile column. go to the assistants and travel arrangers section, clicks on the add an assistant link. in the search criteria box, enter the admins name, and click search. select the assistant from the assistant drop down, check the can book travel for me check box, and hit save.
