Otter’s dream was to travel the world and he felt in the beginning that it was a dream come true to go to California in order to be with his father. He was disappointed with what he saw as there is only whiteness all around him. He never felt comfortable too with the other Chinese that can be found in the area. He has joined a crew in America that is meant to create the right place for locomotive travel.
He then decided that he will enter Dragon’s Gate because of his belief, this is when a fish that is able to pass will become a dragon. His main reason for doing this is because he wanted to make others see that he can overcome his problems and become a man not a boy anymore.
