Macedonia is known to be a country. It is located in Europe and is a tiny country that can be easily overlooked on a map. Its capital city is Skopje. Many people speak different languages in this country probably due to it small area as well as the fact that it is surrounded by different-speaking countries. These languages include Albanian, Turkish, Romani, Serbian and Macedonian.
Macedonia has been around for hundreds of years. As it was established during the ancient civilization, this country has many historical buildings and artifacts. It was actually one of the Ancient Kingdoms of Greece and is in southeastern Europe. Macedonia also includes several states and did include provinces. Macedonia is completely surrounded by land and so it is considered to be landlocked.
