There are many different keys and key combinations that will work. You can press enter, or you can press CTRL + ENTER. If you press enter, the cell accepts the typing as its contents, but the focus remains in the same cell. This function would be used in the spreadsheet software Excel.

This command is important because it saves time instead of manually re-selecting each cell by clicking it or pressing the arrow up and down. The cell function returns information about the formatting, location, or contents of a cell.

You should verify if a cell contains a numeric value instead of text before performing a calculation on it.

Ctrl + enter is the correct answer to this question. CTRL + ENTER is a function that is used in Excel, which is software for creating spreadsheets. When this function is implemented, it helps the user go down a list fast while they are inputting the cell's data.

One of the reasons why CTRL + ENTER is important is that it helps save time, which on the back end, will allow more work to be done at a faster rate. Before this function, the user would have to go through and select each cell before inputting the data. Now, they can use this simple function.

In Excel, when you hold down the control key and press enter, see the following you will be allowed to add as much data as you would like into the same cell, and at the end, when you press enter, you will see everything just as you have typed it.

• When you choose control + enter you will remain in the active cell

• Choosing this will give you room to add more information

• You can add your bullet points without going down into the next cell

• You can make a list within the active cell

• When you are done, and you hit enter, the information will stay within the cell just as you typed it and would like it to look.

• If you do not select control + enter your text will populate several cells

The correct answer to this question is CTRL + ENTER. This function would be used in the spreadsheet software Excel. CTRL + ENTER is a default command of Excel and allows the user to quickly go down a list when entering the data into the cells.

This command is important because it saves time, instead of having to manually re-select each cell by clicking it or pressing the arrow up and down. CTRL + ENTER can also be used to fill the cells that are selected with the same formula or data. This also helps save time by eliminating the need to copy and paste the same information into the cells.
