Spain and Portugal share a border with each other. On two sides of Portugal, there are bordered to Spain. On the other two sides lies the Atlantic Ocean. Portugal is shaped like a long rectangular. In Spain, their official language is Spanish with minor languages in Basque, Galician and Catalan. Its capitol city is Madrid. Since Spain and Portugal are so close together, some cities in Spain are on the border to Portugal.
Even though Spain and Portugal are close, they have different official languages. People in Portugal speak Portuguese and Mirandese. Sometimes, it is difficult for people to communicate with each other since different languages are spoken in such small areas. Many Portuguese and Spanish most likely move or travel to different countries frequently.
