How did the lion respond?

People have been studying and writing about animals for many years. Sometimes, writers will have animals doing things that humans do. They may take part in various activities that humans do on a daily basis. Some authors will write about animals in order to pretend that they are really humans or to prove a point.

In the story, a lion is invited to a party because they are having an election. The tiger ends up being elected, but the lion responds by stating that he would reply later. Using this situation with animals even though this is a human event may be done by the author in order to show symbolism. The lion’s response may be symbolic for a deeper meaning.
