Whether or not you are a working professional or a student, you can sometimes feel stressed and burnt out. Workplace stressis when a demand to do certain things exceeds our capabilities or abilities to finish the tasks at hand on a given time and job-related pressures arise from doing so many work. There are many causes for job stress, but it can result mainly from our own characteristics and our working conditions.

Here are a few symptoms of job stress: headache, lack of sleep, short temper, lack of focus, and job dissatisfaction. We all know that we love challenges, because we feel relaxed, fulfilled and satisfied when we finally overcome a challenge, but if this challenge has turned into demands that cannot be met, we can no longer feel relaxed, fulfilled and satisfied. Rather, we will start to feel exhausted and stressed.
