Acute anxiety is a type of anxiety that is so severe and extremely stressful that it can push a person over the edge, and when a person experiences this, he or she starts to feel that he or she is starting to lose control of the things around him or her. It also goes by another name, which others call as panic attacks. There are many symptoms of acute anxiety that you need to watch out such as: chest pains, trouble breathing, fear of death and rapid heartbeat. Although overcoming acute anxiety attack is a process, some doctors prescribe these strategies to be valuable to those who are suffering from these attacks:

1. Exercise regularly because it helps relieves stress and relaxes the brain;

2. Know what triggers the attacks so you can learn how to overcome your fears; and

3. Don’t panic. Learn to breathe slowly and calmly.
