VDU stands for Visual Display Unit. This will have the ability to display the various images by computers or other electronic devices that are available. What a lot of people do not know is that VDU is already an old term. This was used before to describe any old gadget that would have a display.
Right now, the term is more widely used, especially when pertaining to the monitor. Just remember that the monitor will not be able to display the required images unless it is connected to a lot of other tools and accessories. For instance, if the monitor will not be connected to the CPU, then there would be nothing that it will display. The quality of the VDU will also change from one model to another.
